A special court on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants against former Patna district magistrate Gautam Goswami and eight others in connection with a multi-crore flood-relief scam in Bihar.
Additional Director General of Vigilance Bureau Neelmani said they had approached the court for issuance of warrants of arrest against the accused who are at large.
